All hosted Content, excluding that which falls under the copyright of a third party, is Copyright SpinelliCreations. Site design, layout, and Web Content (’Layout’) is Copyright SpinelliCreations. All artwork integral to the site structure has been drawn by SpinelliCreations, and remains such property. In addition, any web-log (’Blog’) postings are agreed to be the property and Copyright of SpinelliCreations… This includes all visitor / author comments, posts, images, etc. (’submission[s]’). Submitting data, in any form, does not require SpinelliCreations to host the submission. In short, the data may be used at the will and discretion of SpinelliCreations, such that hosting, deletion, alteration, censorship (”bleeping” out sections), or other may occur. By submitting material, the visitor / author agrees to this policy, and the terms of the SpinelliCreations Copyright / Privacy policy, previously stated.

Any visitor / author who has posted a submission may issue a request, via email to Abuse@SpinelliCreations.com, within 30 calendar days of the posting date, requesting removal. Upon receipt of such, SpinelliCreations will, in good faith, remove the data / post from the SpinelliCreations Server Project’s data storage array. Please note, requests for edit will be considered, but are not promised — SpinelliCreations may simply choose to delete the particular submission, rather than allow it to be edited. After 30 days, requests will not be heard (except those made by or on behalf of a third party, who may feel their copyright interest was violated by the initial contributor). Email sent to any other address will be ignored.

Use (viewing, reading, displaying, etc…) of SpinelliCreations constitutes acceptance of the above Terms and Copyrights. Failure to accept the above requires the immediate discontinuance of use. These Terms / Copyrights may be updated from time to time. It is the user’s (visitor, reader, et. al.) responsibility to keep abreast of updates. However, continued use (viewing, reading, displaying, etc…) constitutes acceptance of said updates, regardless of whether or not the user made his or herself aware of such updates.
