Vince Spinelli is a native of Buffalo, NY - USA.

He attended St. Francis High School, in Athol Springs, NY, and graduated from the State University of New York at Buffalo with a BS in Electrical Engineering.

He founded SpinelliCreations in 2005, and has since developed a handful of enterprise grade servers (two for his own use), viable home-theatre-pc deployment in a Linux environment, and several enterprise-grade software packages at ‘higher-level-language’ - these include but are not limited to: S.E.E.R., mod_openopc, all the mod_openopc plugins / modules (including syphon), W.A.R.R.I.O.R. (for S.E.E.R.), YAMS!, TV_ENCODE!, and others.

His spare time is divvied up among web-authoring, attempts to learn to use the Gimp more effectively, and hunting down parts for his ’some-day-to-complete’ automotive restoration projects.
